I would like to send very grateful thanks to your service for the exceedingly good service I received between Stanstead and Salisbury Hospital on 18th November 2023.
I was looked after brilliantly by Ed and Steve and it was a very comfortable trip. I was very concerned as just as we were arriving in Salisbury Steve had a message to say his father had just been taken to Hospital. I do hope all was Ok for him and that he is now back home.
I had just had 4 days holiday in Vienna and was taken ill on the coach to Vienna airport and had 9 days in the Hospital. Not the best end for a holiday !
Please give my thanks to both Ed and Steve for making my trip so painless, and I enjoyed a long chat about Steve's woodcarving.
I wish you all a very Happy and a Healthy 2024.

I wanted to express my upmost satisfaction with the service provided by your company. On September 27, 2023, I had the privilege of working alongside Mr. Spurin and Mr. Dean, the dedicated ambulance crew, during an international medical repatriation mission at Orly Airport in France. I am Truly impressed with how smoothly everything unfolded. Throughout the mission, Mr. Spurin and Mr. Dean demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a commitment to excelence. they maintained clear communication with me, ensuring that the patients needs were met efficiently and effectively. their expertise and dedication were instrumental in facilitating a swift and seamless admission process via A&E at East Surrey Hospital. Furthermore, their thoughtfulness extended beyond the call of duty. After completing the mission, they generously offered to drop me off at my accomodation at Gatwick Airport before returning to base. this level of service goes beyond expectations and truly exemplifies the exellence of your team.
In conclusion, I want to convey my gratitude for the superb service provided by Mr. Spurin and Mr. Dean. Your commitment to excellence in medical repatriation is truly commendable.

In-Pulse Medical Services very kindly volunteered their services at our youth football tournament in July. We had around 700 children ranging from 6-16 years old taking part, plus many spectators. Gemma and Dan were fantastic, dealing with issues from suspected broken wrists to a head injury. It was so reassuring to know trained medical staff and equipment in case of any emergencies and really took that worry away all weekend.
We are truly so grateful for the service In-Pulse provided voluntarily. It shows what an amazing, generous, caring company In-Pulse Medical Services is. No amount of words will be able to show how grateful we at Hailsham United JFC are. A special thank you also goes to Gemma and Dan for giving their weekend up for us.
In-Pulse you are the best!

This is a brief note to say thank you to Georgie (hope the spelling is correct apologies if not) and Steve for their care and kindness in transporting me home from Gatwick Airport on Wednesday (yesterday) afternoon. Their patient focus shone through, not only in their dealings with me but in the way in which they explained their interactions with many other patients whom they have supported. Georgie and Steve are a credit to themselves, their profession and to In-Pulse Medical Services Ltd. Thank you to Georgie and Steve, too, for taking the time and trouble on Wednesday afternoon to liaise with Mayday and arrange for a taxi to transport my wife from Gatwick to Stansted Airport. Caroline, my wife, and i are very grateful for all your efforts.

Hi on Saturday my old mum and i were collected from Gatwick Airport and delivered to Chiswick in London by 2 of the nicest, warmest, helpful and utterly professional people we could have hoped for. Can you please pass on our thanks to both Steve and Gerogie for making it so easy and being so lovely. They are a real credit to the company.

Hastings Resident, 11.03.2023
I am writing this because i wanted noted that the 2 ambulances guys were fantastic.I was picked up from DGH on Thursday 9th march in the evening. i was to be escorted back to my home in Hastings.
the reason for this was a broken foot I couldn't walk let alone drive. They were great, I had luggage with me as I was going to work when accident happened so had 2 suitcases and a bag and they didn't complain. Kassey had to go to the pharmacy at hospital to get my meds for discharge. they were not able to get them so had to stop at chemist on the way. made me feel ok about running around they were doing for me. they also stopped to get me milk as I had none. finally got to my house they took all my stuff inside. suitcase put upstairs and food put away. They then watched me go up and down the stairs. They were then happy to leave me on my own. Kassey then went next door to see if I had a problem that I could call on my neighbour.
They both went above and beyond to ensure I had all I needed and was safe. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. Pleas ensure they are both told how grateful I am of them.

Dear Ally and Zac - I hope i've spelt your names correctly. Thank you for looking after my Dad - Fred - yesterday, getting him out of his home and taking him to Chichester Grange. thank you Ally for the support you gave me too in what was a very emotionally charged time. I would also like to thank Ed for getting Dad a hospital gown, that was very kind of you to follow up my request for one in my email sent to you on Sunday. Due to the frailty of Dad and unable to dress him in his own clothes for transfer, having the gown made things more comfortable for him.
Many hanks to you all - Great team work

Pleas can you pass on our thanks and sincere well done to Seb an Maria who recognised a male to be in cardiac arrest today. They commenced CPR and were happy to stay and help out our team on scene. The outcome looks to be favourable for this patient as he was walking and talking on arrival at the hospital and was heading to get a stent fitted. Arguably it may not have been as favourable without their quick recognition and intervention
Lead Learning Disability Liaison Nurse,
Royal Sussex County Hospital, 13.09.2022
I would like to give you some feedback about 2 of your staff who i worked with in RSCH A&E last week. They are Melvin and Iniga. Melvin in particular was an star. He was helping support this man with server learning disabilities who was on the floor of short stay with a blanket over his head due to extreme anxiety. Melvin and Iniga did not rush this man and completely understood the situation. Melvin was very receptive to making reasonable adjustments to supporting this man out of hospital and was willing to really go the extra mile to facilitate a safe and least distressing journey. we spent hours over the day with multiple visits from the crew as the patient had made a real rapport with Melvin. I cannot tell you how much this support means tom our team and how this true version of collaborative working is appreciated.
Thank you to them both and please do pass on our gratitude.
I am due to give training in caring for vulnerable patients to A+E staff soon and i may use this example as a case study.

Emily & Mark Knowles,
Family of Ben Knowles,
Today I had a call from my son to say he'd fallen about 20 ft off a ladder where he was working, my son is acute asthmatic. This was in north Nottinghamshire. We called for an ambulance, whilst waiting for their arrival Amy and Dan were passing by and we flagged them down. They stopped and without putting too fine a point on it - saved the day. They were incredible and whilst only able to provide limited pain relief, they offered far more and that was a sense of calm and complete understanding. They waited for actual East Midland paramedics to arrive along with air ambulance. Amy and Dan should be highly praised, they were incredible.
